The Bay County Board of County Commissioners and the Cities of Lynn Haven, Panama City, and Panama City Beach serve as key government partners in support of the Bay Economic Development Alliance. Each contributes $1.50 per resident to fund and advance Bay County’s economic development initiatives.

In recognition of their leadership and commitment to regional growth, County–City Investors are granted one seat on the Bay EDA Executive Committee, ensuring direct representation in guiding the strategic direction and priorities of the organization.
